1.1 KV Copper Power Cables Application These cables are used for under ground as well as over head transmission of power to the control panels in power plants, industries, projects and all the electrical installations. Different variations such as round solid conductor / stranded conductors, taped inner sheath / extruded inner sheath, Round steel / aluminum wire / Flat galvanised steel strip Armored/ unarmored, single / double outer sheathed etc are available. Insulation is of XLPE . The sheath can be PVC, HR PVC, FRLS, FR or HR-FRLS depending upon the application.

Aluminum conductors conform to IS: 8130 (Class-II). Standard high tensile galvanized steel messenger wire conforms to IS: 398 (Part-2). Alternatively Aluminum Alloy messenger wire conforms to IS:398 (Part-4) XLPE and HDPE insulation of power conductors specify IS: 7098 (Part - I & II) and IS: 6474 respectively.
The PVC Copper Control Cables is used in electrical operations and fittings. These are constructed from genuine copper & aluminum conductor and insulated with PVC compound. It has taped or extruded inner sheath. The inner & outer sheaths can be PVC, HR, FRLS or FR depending upon the application and requirement of customers. Our PVC copper control cables are heat resistant, weather proof and easy to install. These are generally preferred for underground cabling, but also used in over head purposes.
