RCC’s All Aluminum Conductor (AAC) provides reliable performance in overhead transmission and distribution applications. AAC conductors are used in line designs that do not require the strength of ACSR type conductors, while still maximizing current carrying capacity.


Features

  1. Concentrically stranded conductor consisting of aluminum wires
  2. Available in both single and multi-layer constructions
  3. Meets or exceeds industry requirements per IS-398 (I) specification.

RCC’s All Aluminum Alloy Conductor (AAAC) cable offers better sag performance than traditional AAC due to the high strength-to-weight ratio of its 6201-T81 alloy. This cable also delivers higher corrosion resistance than ACSR conductors.

With a wide range of stranding ratios and steel core strengths, RCC’s ACSR can be tailored to offer the right balance of strength and ampacity for your overhead power transmission and distribution projects.
Features

  1. Concentrically stranded conductor consisting of one or more layers of aluminum wires around a stranded steel core
  2. Meets or exceeds industry requirements per IS 398 Part (II) & IS 398 Part (V).
  3. Steel core is available in Standard, High, Extra High, and Ultra High strengths
  4. Available with an optional low reflectivity ‘non-specular’ finish
